The Barrie Canoe and Kayak Club is located on Kempenfelt Bay in Barrie, Ontario. 

Barrie Canoe and Kayak Club is a very active recreational paddling club and has easy access to some of the best paddling in Ontario.  The club attracts members from all over south-western Ontario.

Activities at Barrie Canoe and Kayak Club include flat and whitewater canoe and kayaking learning, skills and trips, hiking and winter activities.

Monthly meetings with special guest speakers are a regular part of the off season.  Socializing and friendships are a regular part of the club all year long. 

Barrie Kayak and Canoe Club PURPOSE:

 

    "For the purpose of uniting paddlers for the protection of their interests, for the improvement of their skills and the  promotion of all aspects of paddle related activities, the Barrie Canoe Club, Inc. was formed, in the spirit of a service,   non-profit, community-oriented organization, working to further the welfare of the community as a whole through the promotion of water safety and improved recreational skills."
